  • Description: Provides fathering education and support to expectant African American fathers. Offers education and referrals to African American women for prenatal care and other family services.

    Offers educational programs to Medi-Cal eligible mothers up to 60 days after delivery. Topics include nutrition, breastfeeding, and overall health. Also offers general counseling services. Provides referrals to community resources.

    Provides case management services to people of all ages.

    Provides outreach and education to pregnant women about abuse of tobacco and other drugs pregnancy. Works to prevent serious medical problems in infants.
